Who’s online is a way to see if others are currently logged into D2L. You can tell this if there is a green dot beside a person’s name. This is most useful to students if they want to ask someone a question; they can use the pager feature to start an instant chat with another person. It is possible to change your preference settings to so that others cannot see if you are online.
