About this site

ASSETT’s excited by the transition from CULearn to D2L. D2L is full of useful features and very friendly to use, making it a good tool for both faculty and students. One of our goals is that the transition from CULearn to D2L will be a smooth and positive experience for both faculty and students. Throughout this process, will be putting several strategies in place to help support that goal and we’re starting with this website.

For more information about D2L and how ASSETT is supporting you, please review this website or contact any of the ASSETT Academic Technology Consultants for additional info:

Learn more about the transition from CULearn to D2L

CU-Boulder is replacing CULearn, our current campus learning system, with a new system called Desire2Learn (D2L).  D2L is a feature rich platform that provides traditional assessment, discussion and grade management tools in addition to some innovative tools such as the ePortfolio and learning object repository. The decision to move to D2L didn’t come lightly. It was made after consultations with faculty, staff and students in a process that took 2 years. OIT is working on integrating D2L with the campus IT environment. Updates on timelines, implementation, training and support will be posted on the project website at:
