Thank you for your support of the Places website and the Syllabus Archive. ASSETT developed these resources for the College of Arts & Sciences community, and while they are valuable teaching and learning websites, outdated technology, duplication of information, and limited resources has made them difficult to maintain.
Over the past year, we worked with the Office of Strategic Relations to migrate content from the Places website to the CU Campus Map. The CU Campus Map now includes up-to-date photos and information about classrooms, labs, and workspaces. If you would like to request building information to be included or updated on the CU Campus Map, please contact Strategic Relations and Communications.
The Syllabus Archive was developed as a place for the Arts & Sciences community to store syllabi and to make them available online. In July, we notified active users that we temporarily took this service offline. Users will still be able to access files by going to http://syllabus.colorado.edu and logging in to request a file. If the course syllabus is available, we will provide the requester with the file via email attachment. We are actively developing a new campus-wide solution and anticipate announcing the new service soon.
